Project overview

Guardian engaged our team to re-envision the future of their workplace, with a focus on creating an environment that better supported collaboration, agility, and employee well-being.

The design established a new set of workplace standards while transforming the employee experience: fresh, modern finishes and a vibrant color palette brought energy to the space, with distinct hues providing intuitive wayfinding and a sense of organization.

The result was a workplace that feels connected, inviting, and reflective of Guardian’s forward-thinking culture.

Role

I led programming and workplace analysis to understand how the existing space was used and where it could evolve to align with business goals. From this foundation, I directed the design of both workplace environments and amenity spaces—placing particular emphasis on the servery and dining areas, as well as multifunctional conference facilities.
