About me

I am a driven and creative design leader with almost 30 years of experience shaping environments in corporate interiors, hospitality, higher education, and sports and recreation. I create spaces that inspire connection while empowering the teams who bring them to life.

My approach to leadership balances creativity with empathy and collaboration. I build teams where curiosity is encouraged, voices are valued, and growth is supported. Colleagues describe me as a compassionate leader who guides with clarity and commitment.

Experience

With expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, I combine technical precision with imaginative problem-solving. I cultivate long-term client partnerships, translating their goals into environments that balance beauty, function, and innovation. From global hospitality standards to athletic facilities and corporate headquarters, my focus is always on creating spaces that reflect identity and leave a lasting impact.

I am equally committed to mentorship, developing programs that expand technical knowledge, nurture talent, and foster inclusive, collaborative studio cultures. For me, design is a collective journey—one that succeeds when we lift each other up.

Workplace

Corporate spaces today are more than offices—they’re ecosystems for collaboration, innovation, and well-being. I’ve led design teams on headquarters and workplace projects ranging from 12,000 to 500,000 square feet, delivering environments that balance efficiency with human experience. My work integrates workplace strategy, brand identity, and future-focused flexibility, resulting in spaces that empower employees while driving organizational success.

Higher Education

In higher education, design is a catalyst for learning, growth, and connection. I’ve partnered with universities to deliver student-centered environments that foster collaboration, creativity, and well-being. My work includes both academic spaces and recreation facilities, all designed to reflect the institution’s mission while supporting the evolving needs of students, faculty, and athletes.

Sports & Recreation

Athletic and recreation spaces carry a special energy—they are places of ambition, resilience, and community. My experience includes football operations buildings, eSports facilities, and athletic centers that serve as both training grounds and gathering places. These projects balance performance-driven design with a focus on wellness, teamwork, and the holistic student-athlete experience.

Hospitality

Hospitality design is about crafting memorable experiences—welcoming, inspiring, and elevating the moments people share. From international hotel standards to bespoke restaurants and lounges, my work blends storytelling with function. Each project reflects its unique cultural and brand identity, whether designing a luxury hotel in Tokyo or a vibrant dining space in Philadelphia.

Personal Works

Personal works, for me, aren’t separate from design—they’re the thread that connects who I am personally and professionally. When I take time to create outside of work, I find calm and focus, and that same sense of observation, patience, and authenticity carries into my role as a designer. These explorations keep me grounded, reminding me to slow down and see deeply, while also fueling the creativity and empathy I bring to every project. I am the same person in both worlds—curious, expressive, and committed to creating with intention.
